Introduction to Beihai Arbitration
The Beihai Arbitration Commission / Beihai International Arbitration Court (referred to as "Beihai Arbitration") is a civil and commercial arbitration institution established by the Beihai Municipal Government in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China and registered with the Department of Justice of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on January 15, 2003. It is a non-profit legal entity that provides public arbitration legal services for contract disputes and other property rights disputes.
Responsibilities: Under the leadership of the party committee and government, Beihai Arbitration adheres to the principles of independence, fairness, and efficiency in resolving contract disputes and other property-related disputes between natural persons, legal entities, and other organizations of equal status.
