Lawyer Yuan Xinzhong entered the law firm immediately after graduating from East China University of Political Science and Law. Since January 2003, he has officially become a practicing lawyer for more than 20 years and has rich experience in litigation and non litigation legal practice. Lawyer Yuan Xinzhong is skilled in representing difficult and complex litigation and arbitration cases, and has developed a professional expertise in intellectual property protection. He has formed a team of more than 40 professional lawyers to provide professional legal services to more than 20 globally renowned software companies, including Software Alliance (BSA), Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Dassault from France, and Siemens Software.
Lawyer Yuan Xinzhong is enthusiastic about working in the legal industry and has been selected as a representative of the 10th, 11th, and 12th Shanghai Lawyers Congress, as well as a member of the Youth Working Committee and Assessment Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association. Since 2015, he has been hired as a government legal advisor to the Shanghai Judicial Bureau.
